About Me

Suzanne Sunshower was born into a semi-typical middle-class, 1950s/60s family in Detroit.  A writer and artist from childhood, she took to the open road in the 1970s as a free, creative spirit of her times.  Offered a full merit scholarship from the State of Michigan, she earned degrees in Psychology and Political Science at Wayne State University, where she spent her post-grad and graduate time as well.  In motion since adolescence, she has lived in numerous towns, in at least six U.S. States, and on three continents.  She is listed in Who's Who of American Women as an independent feminist Journalist/Poet/Artist.
